This policy covers this website, DashCal accounts, and the licensing service at dashcalauth.com that the DashCal app signs in to. Calibration data you enter in DashCal (tools, readings, customers, certificates) stays on your computer and on your lab's own sync server; it is not sent to us.

dashcal.org uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.
What we collect for your account
Your email address, display name, organization membership and account settings. When the DashCal app signs in or checks its license: the device name, operating system, app version and IP address, which we use to keep your account secure (for example, limiting sign-in attempts) and to show you and your administrator which devices are signed in. If you send feedback from the app, we receive what you include, such as text and screenshots.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email address, whether Google has verified it, your name, and your Google account ID. We use them only to sign you in, to link your Google account to the DashCal account with the same email address, or to create your DashCal account when you sign up. We never receive your Google password, and we do not access any other Google data.
DashCal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use and share it
Only to provide DashCal accounts, licensing and support. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except the service providers that host our servers and when required by law. Your organization's DashCal administrators can see the accounts and devices in their organization.
Retention and your choices
We keep account information while your account exists. You can have Google unlinked from your account at any time, or your account and its data deleted, by emailing admin@dashcal.org.
